SCOPE:

Smart cities can create sustainable economic development and high quality of life by excelling in multiple key areas; economy, cities knowledge management, mobility, environment, people, living, and government. Excellence in these key areas can be done through strong human capital, social capital, and/or ICT infrastructure. Housing is one of the most important issue influencing each of us, either we are living in apartments or in family houses. Besides the sustainability which should be integrated to design, construction and operation of buildings, there is a lot of the other open questions. We should take into consideration energy efficiency, indoor environment and economical aspects. All these factors are creating the frame for smart housing in cities.
